Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass cutter in Fulton County, New York. The job is at a double glazing firm. Your main tasks: • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris Requirements: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
