Now hiring: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Brown County, Kansas. You will work at a white goods manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout You will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
