Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Ijebu North, Ogun State. The role involves cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Rotating shifts.
