Assembly operator — Davidson County

Join our team: we are hiring an assembly operator in Davidson County, Tennessee. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. What we are looking for: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Punctual with reliable attendance • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
