Cook wanted in Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Jackson County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Rotating shifts.
