Baker — Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Jackson County, South Dakota. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
