Gas appliance installer — Centre County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Centre County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
