Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Trego County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
