Hydraulic crane operator — Roane County

Now hiring: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Roane County, Tennessee. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
