Immediate opening: press machine operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press machine operator in Lamar County, Texas. You will work in a packaging factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage The role involves: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Full-time with occasional weekends.
