Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Martin County, Minnesota. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
