Urgent requirement: bricklayer (Ohio)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bricklayer in Greene County, Ohio. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. Your main tasks: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings What we are looking for: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
