Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ben Hill County, Georgia. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
