Scullery hand — Phillips County

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Phillips County, Arkansas. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
