Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Broward County, Florida. The job is on a high-rise building site. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
