Dumper truck operator — Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Hancock County, Indiana. You will be based in an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
