Head butcher — Erie County

Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Erie County, New York. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
