Flatlock machine operator — Benton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Benton County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines On the job you will handle: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation Full-time with occasional weekends.
