Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Ashland County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a bread factory. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 6+ years on the tools preferred.
