Cnc lathe setter — San Mateo County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in San Mateo County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
