Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in City of Hampton, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations You should have: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience.
