Powder coater — Grundy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Grundy County, Illinois. The job is on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off.
