Groundskeeper — Pittsylvania County

Join our team: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. You will be based on a golf course. On a typical shift you will weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste. Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
