Join our team: we are hiring a rigger in Sumter County, Georgia. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. You will secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
