Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Day to day you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage.
