Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Louisa County, Iowa. Day to day you will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; load and index turning tools in the turret. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Full-time, day shift.
