Join our team: formwork carpenter (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Hays County, Texas. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
