HSE officer — Greene County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HSE officer in Greene County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Your main tasks: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height 6+ years on the tools preferred.
