Immediate opening: cnc lathe setter (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Titus County, Texas. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
