Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Richmond County, New York. You will work at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
