Backhoe loader operator wanted in Idaho County

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Idaho County, Idaho. Day to day you will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
