Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
