Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tiler in Live Oak County, Texas. The job is in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. You should have: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter The role involves set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles.
