Power float operator • Evangeline Parish, Louisiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power float operator in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a residential housing project. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers You will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
