Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Northumberland County, Virginia. The job is in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
