Groundworker — Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a groundworker in Union County, Illinois. Day to day you will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
