We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Palm Beach County, Florida. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
