Lifting rigger wanted in Ikole

Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Ikole, Ekiti State. The job is at a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₦275,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
