Escalator technician — West Dunbartonshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. The job is on a high-rise construction site. Day to day you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Part-time with flexible hours.
