Grill cook wanted in Whitley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Whitley County, Kentucky. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
