Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in McCracken County, Kentucky. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
