Powder coating operator — Mingo County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Mingo County, West Virginia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 4+ years on the tools preferred.
