Formwork carpenter — Miami County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Miami County, Indiana. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
