What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
