Safety marshal • Howard County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a safety marshal in Howard County, Arkansas. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
