Decorator — Broome County

Now hiring: we are hiring a decorator in Broome County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Sand and fill walls before applying primer Requirements: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
