Bread baker — Grant County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Grant County, New Mexico. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Rotating shifts. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
