Roofing foreman — Orange County

Join our team: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Orange County, Virginia. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) The role involves strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; insulate and ventilate the roof void; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
