Vacancy available: quality assurance assistant (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Polk County, Texas. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. You should have: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time, day shift.
