Coating plant operator — Letcher County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Letcher County, Kentucky. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Part-time with flexible hours.
